Audio only playing

I built a DCP and tried to play it on Qube E cinema server. My test movie 46 seconds long, stereo movie. The movie got ingested in server and while playing it shows the error message " The SMPTE temedtext (subtitle / catpion) track (s) present in the show will not be processed during playback". And after pressing "OK" , no picture is playing but only audio is playing. Somebody please suggest an idea to solve this issue.
